Country Management - Corporate Business Team Member (all genders)
Your Tasks
- Business development and service for national and international clients and brokers in cooperation with local VIG companies
- Expansion and servicing of existing key accounts
- Supporting the local team as well as independent acquisition of new corporate clients; cross-selling
- Handling the fronting business
- Support of the facultative reinsurance process
- Keeping an overview of insurance markets, the companies of the Group and their corporate business portfolios
- Interface between VIG and local companies as well as international partners
- Participation in IT projects, design of software tools

- Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary of EUR 2 300 gross on the basis of fulltime employment (38.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.

Your Profile
- University degree will be considered as an advantage
- Several years of professional experience, preferably within the insurance industry
- Ability to work independently, entrepreneurial and analytical approach
- Client- and team orientation, strong communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Very good command of German and English, skills in a CEE language mandatory (preferably Croatian, Serbian, Bosnian)
- Strong affinity for IT, very good computer literacy (excel, databases)
