Customer Care Officer (Import/Export) (m/f)
Location: Rijeka
Customer service tasks:
- Serve the customer in all its queries and requirements; Inform the customer on any shortcomings based on initial conditions (cost, delay…).
- Coordinate internally and/or respond to customer queries related to shipment
- Monitor shipment according to customer status and track and trace upon delivery
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports/dashboards to stakeholders
- Participate to the promotion of relevant products or services when talking to customers
- Contact customers and manage/ coordinate system modifications when needed
- Give guidelines and support booking or VIP/Special desk teams on all topics (process, dispute, customer profiles, etc.) if applicable
- Bookings (Manage booking request, Booking Integration and confirmation, Controls of Freight related info, manage booking amendments, Journey Legs amendments up to status 20)
- Invoicing (Disputes recording, perform Dispute analysis & resolution, incl. credit notes issuance, run Autofreight after vessel departure, check and add manual charges from bkg remarks, Check Bkg at risk and Clear Errors)
- Idle full monitoring, Checking empty out to shipper
Required knowledge and qualifications:
- English
- Knowledge of the stakeholder processes within the seaport systems
