KONE is looking for a Customer Service Admin to provide essential administrative support for our sales and maintenance teams. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations in areas such as maintenance, sales support, public tender preparation, third-party inspection, and customer reporting.


Customer Service Admin (Service Operations) (m/f)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for sales, maintenance, and field teams
  • Assist with contract management, customer communications, and maintenance planning
  • Support public tender creation and documentation management
  • Handle customer queries and follow-up with the team to ensure timely resolutions
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within set SLA and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Higher vocational diploma in technical or commercial sciences
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP or SFDC is an asset
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is beneficial
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Team player with a collaborative approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
