Customer Service (m/f)

Customer Service (m/f)
Location: Hum na Sutli
Key accountabilities:
- Discover and satisfy account needs through direct customer contact and close collaboration with sales managers and key account responsibles
- Direct customer contact from inquiry to order for recurring orders
- Monitor special pricing and promotions for assigned accounts
- Ensure all new orders are processed accurately and released promptly
- Receive and process purchase orders from customers
- Handle calls, emails, and faxes from various sources, including customers and sales representatives
- Interpret and apply systems knowledge and tools to manage customer requests
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions
- Consistently deliver a comprehensive, positive service experience to customers
- Build sustainable relationships with internal and external customers
- Ensures accurate order input in our ERP system
- Assist in daily reporting and/or maintaining our ERP system
- Direct customer contact from inquiry to order for recurring orders
Requirements & Skills:
- Associate's degree and/or equivalent business-related experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office, databases, IFS systems and tools
- Well organized and able to multitask
- A strong communicator and willing to provide excellent service to customers
- Willing to make decisions think clearly, analyze problems and implement effective solutions
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to accurately handle multiple transactions in high demand, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated focus on a positive customer experience and exceeding customer expectations
- Fluent in English, ideally also in German and/or Dutch
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service
