Position: Customer Service Representative (Croatian-Speaking)
Location: Athens, Greece (FULLY REMOTE)
Relocation support available for candidates coming from abroad!

We’re hiring Croatian-speaking Customer Service Representatives for a global travel company based in Athens, Greece – offering a fully remote position after the initial onboarding period!
Your Responsibilities:
• Support customers via phone, chat, and email – no sales
• Help with bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds
• Provide professional and timely assistance to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

• Fluency in Croatian (written and spoken)
• Good English skills (for internal communication)
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in shifts (5 days/week, 8-hour shifts between 8:00–17:00)
Salary & Benefits:
• €1200 gross/month + 14 salaries/year (includes Easter, Summer & Christmas bonuses)
• €50 meal voucher per month

• 25 paid vacation days
• Permanent contract (40 hours/week)
• Performance bonus (subject to company policy)
Relocation Support (For Candidates Moving from Abroad):
• 3 weeks’ free hotel accommodation near the office
• Up to €300 relocation reimbursement (paid with first salary)
• Legal & onboarding assistance provided
• Must arrive in Athens at least 7 days before the start date
Note: Flight ticket is not covered up front, but up to €300 will be reimbursed in the first paycheck.
