Customer Service Specialist for Dutch or Scandinavian Market (Norwegian / Swedish Language) (m/f)

Your responsibilities:
- Handle daily enquiries with customers (native speakers of Dutch or Scandinavian languages - Norwegian or Swedish) via phone call, email or chat
- Ensure that all enquiries are answered in accordance with set procedures and guidelines
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Document all information according to standard operating procedures.
Requirements and skills:
- Language skills: proficient in Dutch, Norwegian or Swedish language (written and spoken)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customers and customer needs
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage
- Employer can hire candidates with rights to live an work in Croatia.

- Competitive salary plus monthly bonus
- Working hours: full time/part time (24h, 36h, FT per week)
- Employment contract: fixed-term, student employment agreement (6,20 EUR per hour)
- Location: Zagreb office or 100% work from home
