Customer Service Specialist (m/f)
Remote, Field Based - Croatia



Job Description

As a Customer Service Coordinator at CHEP, You ensure the existing customers are receiving all the support and help during the ordering process and resolution of potential issues. You support the pallet audit process and coordinate the invoicing/debiting/crediting process towards the customers as well as responsible for account opening and maintaining updates related to account structure. You will review and proactively check selected reports in order to fulfill CS KPIs. The primary objective of CHEP is to provide a sustainable quality of services to customers (pallets delivered on time in full) and customer satisfaction score at a high standard. Proactive communication (both internal and external) is the key to success in that position.

Order Processing Supervision

Although the order processing is automated, its supervision and reaction to changes/adjustments are required as well as proactive communication with the customer

Communication with internal stakeholders

Regular communication with CHEP’s logistics and supply chain, asset protection, and planning, as well as customer-facing colleagues (account managers and sales representatives) counterparts, is required to ensure the smooth processing of customer orders and problem-free resolution of potential issues.

Communication with customers

Communication with customers is a critical and most important part of the job. Understanding customer priorities and quick reaction to changing demand/orders in order to ensure the high customer satisfaction is of high importance to reach the ultimate goal: high customer satisfaction

Processes

Apart from order processing, the remote audit of pallets at selected customers is an important part of the job to protect CHEP’s assets as well as customer costs.

Who we are looking for:

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in interaction with the customers, order processing, complaint resolution, and similar    
  • Customer Service experience
  • Optimistic, positive attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent English
