TBO.COM - an international award-winning B2B travel tech organization is looking for an experienced Customer Service specialist to join our Italy team. The ideal candidate has high verbal, writing and communication working skills both in English and Italian languages regularly.
Job description:
After a detailed onboarding process where you will get to learn about all of TBO.COM products your main tasks will be:
• Operational handling of online reservations for Hotels, Flights, Car rental, Transfers, etc. for Italian travel agents/partners
• Handling bookings/cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems
• Receiving incoming calls helping travel agents using the platform and managing reservations with special requests
• Negotiate customer needs with suppliers and individuals, using out-going call to find and agree on best resolutions.
• Creative thinking and results-oriented candidate with ability to handle complicated cases while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Operating few online systems at once, providing service to travel agents
• Responsible to solve operational and administration cases/tasks from A-Z
• Coordinate offline requests with internal departments
• Fixed daily working schedule
