TBO.COM - an international award-winning B2B travel tech organization is looking for an experienced Customer Service specialist to join our Italy team. The ideal candidates have high verbal, writing and communication working skills in European languages. Ideally we are looking for candidates speaking Croatian and English and speaking Italian, Greek or French will be considered a plus.
Job description:
After a detailed onboarding process where you will get to learn about all of TBO.COM products your main tasks will be:
• Operational handling and enabling maximum sales smoothness of online reservations for Hotels, Flights, Car rental, Transfers, etc. for travel agents/partners
• Daily contact with buyers and suppliers; handling bookings/cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to overcome
• Receiving incoming calls helping travel agents using the platform and managing reservations with special requests
• Negotiate customer needs with suppliers
• Creative thinking and results-oriented candidate with ability to handle complicated cases while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Responsible to solve operational and administration cases/tasks from A-Z
• Coordinate offline requests with internal departments
• Fixed daily working schedule
O zaposleniku
• Service oriented persona with high communication skills, fluent in foreign languages
• Independent, self-motivated, patient with a goal-oriented work style, problem solver
• Can control and lead multiple tasks, activating all resources to efficiency solve cases
• Experience working B2B with travel agents/ business professional is a big plus!
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products/system, and company procedures
• Working proficiency in foreign languages as well as conversational use
The position is to be based in one of the listed countries as a remote, home based role and the employer will be a locally based legal entity.
