CCPORTER provides professional services for companies in the field of business development, enabling the combination of various outsourcing services. We offer office lease, co-working services and professional contact-center services providing our Clients with solutions adjusted to their individual needs.
We are looking for a person who will join Contact Center Team as:
CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST WITH CROATIAN (m/f)
Your tasks:
• Being responsible for phone and e-mail communication with existing customers from Croatian market
• Confirming orders from the customers and upgrading the value of the order made by our customers
• Cooperating closely with Back Office Team in solving incoming inquires of clients
We are looking for a person who will join Contact Center Team as:
CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST WITH CROATIAN (m/f)
Your tasks:

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
We expect:
• Very good command of Croatian (native or near to native)
• EU citizenship or non-work permit requirement is a must
• Ability to communicate in Polish or English
• Ability to work at least 30 hours a week
• Experience in a position related to customer service or the sales is always appreciated
