Customer Support Team Leader (m/f)

Our client is searching for a German speaking colleague who is ready to take their team to the
next level.

Customer Support Team Leader (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Providing team leadership and coaching
- Implementing, analyzing and developing action plans
- Motivating the team in order to achieve the set goals
- Focusing the team on the daily tasks according to the customer requirements and objectives
- Communicating team status, task accomplishments and future directions
- Analyzing KPIs/SLAs and proactively reporting to the Operations Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Full proficiency both in German and English languages (min. C1 level, mandatory)
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Experience in customer support industry is preferable
- Work experience as a team leader is a plus
- Ability to motivate and coach team members
- Strong administration and organization skills
- Excellent communication skills and high focus on customer satisfaction
