- oversee the monitoring and smooth operation of application processes, ensuring system functionality and continuous improvement
- input and maintain system data, including article master data, in alignment with EKB (Purchasing Department) guidelines
- record, revise, and process orders (e.g., Transit, Replacement, Direct, and Stock orders) to ensure accurate and efficient goods flow
- manage updates and corrections of orders based on supplier confirmations and handle inquiries from stores and internal teams
- generate and process label requests to support accurate item tagging and tracking
- conduct stock transfers between warehouse locations, collaborating with the planning team and following established protocols
- provide user guidance and support regarding application functionality, workflows, and processes while assisting the planning team with administrative tasks as needed.

- proficiency in German (at least B1), knowledge of French or English can be a plus
- completed secondary education in the commercial field (e.g., economics, business administration) or an equivalent qualification
- commercial expertise, particularly in purchasing and sales operations
- advanced expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- willingness to learn new technologies and software, with a strong understanding of digital environments
- proactive and solutions-driven mindset when approaching challenges and resolving issues
- excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
- self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously while demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility.
