YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be a part of our Dermatological Beauty Division and be a driving force in the future of beauty industry. Position of Demand Planner requires motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for:
• Ensuring sales forecast accuracy and the building of turnover through the piloting of the sales forecast process.
• Managing the sales forecast quality.
• Managing the global monthly sales forecast process.
• Building the baseline forecast.
• Being responsible for the catalogue management and contributing to its rationalization.
• Challenging and consolidating the promotions and launches sales forecasts projected by the Sales and Marketing teams.
• Participating in the improvement of the sales forecast practices.
• Ensuring the global sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend, and the sales history.
• Managing projects related to sales forecast tool.

• Has strong organizational and time management skills
• Has strong communicational and collaboration skills
• Works with responsibility and autonomy
• Loves working in fast paced and dynamic environment
• Has strong computer skills (MS Office) with focus on Excel
• Is fluent in English and Croatian language
• FutureMaster knowledge is an advantage
