The group has been representing complementary renowned cosmetic companies in the Republic of Croatia, Slovenia and Austria for a number of years.

Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated E-commerce Manager/Coordinator to join our team. As an E-commerce Manager/Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our online sales operations.
- Your primary focus will be to develop and execute strategies to drive website traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize online revenue.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our e-commerce platform, manage product listings, analyze data, and implement digital marketing campaigns.
- The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall company goals.
- E-commerce Platform Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure website functionality, usability, and performance are optimized for an exceptional user experience.
- Manage product catalogs, including product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate with the IT team to address technical issues and implement necessary enhancements.
- Digital Marketing and Customer Acquisition:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and acquire new customers.
- Monitor and optimize online advertising channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement strategies to enhance website conversion rates.
- Order Fulfillment and Customer Service:
- Ensure efficient order processing, shipping, and delivery to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues and handle customer inquiries.
- Implement strategies to reduce returns and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze website performance, sales metrics, and customer behavior using web analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance trends and insights to management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend data-driven strategies to increase online revenue.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing tools.
- Proficient in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
