Executive Pastry Chef (m/f)

We want to hire an Executive Pastry Chef that exhibits creative baking and decorating skills by personally performing tasks while leading the staff in preparing quality and consistent pastries for all areas. The ideal candidate for this role understands the subtle ways that different flavors work together and has an appreciation for artistic presentation.

Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in pastry preferably within a hotel environment, knowledge of at least English language and a strong desire to grow within the international organization.

Your main responsibilities will be leading, guiding and developing a young vibrant team of pastry associates eager to learn more, supervising all pastry areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced as well as daily planning of Pastry operation. Active role in creating new menus, F+B packages as well as other marketing activities is expected in this role.
