Job description and responsibilities:
- Develope and manage the financial planning process, lead (in charge of) forecasting/budgeting across all departments and outlets.
- Plan, track, and evaluate the efcient use of approved CAPEX.
- Challenge assumptions and decision-making as appropriate, providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers.
- Lead and develop a team of 9 people.
- Responsible for the accounting/finance/ controlling functions, including reporting, accounts, compliance, and liaison with third-party advisors such as banks, insurers, and auditors. Reports directly to the CFO.
- Responsible for the continuous improvement of financial systems, procedures, and internal controls.

We look for:
- Fluency in English and Croatian (spoken and written).
- University degree with a focus on Finance or Accounting; ACCA or similar qualifcations are an advantage.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Finance Manager/Head of Controlling/ accompanied with Big 4 experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading a finance/accounting team of approximately 5–10 people.
- Strong knowledge and experience in budgeting, taxation, accounting, and accounting standards.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced profciency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
