Description
As a Financial Analyst for Service Business – you will report to the Head of Service Finance and will be responsible for planning, pacing, closing and reporting financial results related to specific service product line in Jenbacher Service business. You will prepare and present financial KPIs and metrics for the dedicated service product line on a monthly basis, you will provide financial guidance and support to operational teams, to ensure that Jenbacher Service processes are effective, efficient and compliant with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).At INNIO we offer you:

Your Responsibilities:
- Perform financial planning for a dedicated Jenbacher Service product lines: budget, forecasting cycles: (3+9, 6+6, 9+3) based on operating hours, maintenance events forecast and inputs from service regions
- Run pacing meetings with service regions to understand the market dynamics and to estimate quarterly revenue and margin for Jenbacher Service products, obtain an understanding of regional / market trends, provide commentary to explain risks / opportunities to head of service finance / head of service / VP for controlling
- Perform reviews of revenue and margin during closing and book relevant manual journal entries related to revenue and cost accruals / deferrals, reclasses, etc.,
- Report key financial metrics related to assigned product lines on a monthly basis and report to head of service finance / head of service / VP for controlling
- Review and validate business initiatives and VCPs (value creation programs) driven by Service operational team
- Support digitalization initiatives and process automation, visualize financial KPIs in Tableau to explain service product revenue / margin dynamics vs plan, vs prior year
- Maintain and update process maps, risk control matrix for financial closing and reporting processes
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration
- Extensive professional financial experience
- Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link operational performance drivers to financial results, generate alternatives and drive positive change
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information
- Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications, strong excel skills
- BIG4 Audit / financial analysis / financial modelling experience preferred
- A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
