About Your Role
- As Group ICT Risk Expert, you manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of ICT risk management framework and related policies, standards, and procedures on the Group level
- You collaborate with groupwide ICT risk management stakeholders to strengthen Addiko Bank’s security posture and ensure effective risk management
- You interact with groupwide ICT risk management stakeholders to prepare relevant group documentation and collect data for internal and external reporting
- As Local Information Security Officer of the Addiko Bank Holding, you ensure compliance with information security regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal governance models
- You measure effectiveness and ensure continual improvement of the ISMS
- You assess and manage ICT-related risks, conducting regular risk assessments, security assessments, and monitor risk and findings mitigation
- You monitor cybersecurity threats
- You prepare regular and ad-hoc internal and external reports, analyses, and management briefings
- You oversee ICT related incident management process
- You organize and conduct regular awareness initiatives to build a resilient organizational culture
Is This You?
- You have a strong background in ICT risk management, information security, or IT security management
- You possess deep knowledge of information security frameworks, regulations, and best practices; CISM or CISSP certificates are a strong advantage
- You demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- You communicate fluently in English (mandatory); proficiency in German is a strong benefit
- You bring proven experience in designing and implementing security policies and controls
- You excel in coordinating cross-functional teams and building strong partnerships
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
