About Your Role
- As Group IT Governance Expert, you will coordinate the development, update, and maintenance of Group IT policies and procedures, ensuring their formal adoption, alignment with regulatory requirements, and adherence to best practices
- You will act as the single point of contact for internal and external IT audits, managing findings, preparing remediation plans, and driving continuous improvement to close audit issues
- You will identify, assess, and monitor IT risks, applying the bank’s risk management framework and collaborating with departments to implement effective mitigation strategies
- You will oversee risks related to outsourced IT services, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring vendor performance
- You will execute Risk Control Self-Assessments and Outsourcing Risk Assessments while supporting IT projects with governance and compliance expertise
- You will prepare and deliver regular reports on IT governance activities to the Group IT Department Director and collaborate with the Addiko Group team on key tasks
- You will adapt to dynamic needs by taking on additional relevant tasks in the IT area
Is This You?
- You have a formal education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in IT Governance and / or IT Risk Management, ideally within the financial sector
- You have expertise in industry regulatory frameworks like DORA, ensuring compliance excellence
- You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective decision-making
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, building effective relationships across teams to drive initiatives forward
- You excel at coordinating tasks and ensuring progress, taking ownership to achieve goals and deliver results
- You are fluent in German (an advantage), enhancing collaboration in our diverse environment
