About Your Role
- You drive the strategic direction of IT operations, ensuring business alignment and operational excellence
- You oversee IT operations budgeting, optimizing resource allocation, tracking expenditures, and aligning with financial goals
- In your role, you ensure the development and implementation of ITO policies that comply with regulatory frameworks and follow industry best practices
- You lead relationships with external vendors, ensuring quality service delivery, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement
- You optimize IT infrastructure and networks for reliability, security, and scalability
- You manage end-user workplace solutions, enhancing hardware, software, and mobile device services while controlling costs
- You ensure IT operations are secure, compliant, and proactively managed for risks
- You steer IT operations projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and performance improvements
- You identify opportunities for operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service innovation
- You establish KPIs and provide performance insights to senior management
Is This You?
- You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- You bring at least 5 years of relevant IT infrastructure and operations experience
- You understand financial industry regulations and compliance frameworks
- You excel at analytical thinking and problem-solving
- You possess strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- You are fluent in English, and ideally excel in German (an advantage but not a must)
