About Your Role

  • In your role as Group Outsourcing / ICT & Business Continuity Management Expert, you manage the outsourcing and ICT Third Party Provider process as an outsourcing / ICT TPP coordinator
  • You support service recipients in the outsourcing / ICT TPP process
  • You develop and maintain Addiko Bank’s outsourcing / ICT TPP framework in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • You support service recipients in performing risk assessments and ensure plausibility checks on outsourcing / ICT TPP assessments
  • You maintain the Register of Information and Outsourcing Dashboard and create relevant internal and external reports
  • You lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Addiko Bank’s business continuity management
  • You support process owners in performing business impact analyses (BIA) and risk assessments to identify critical functions and key recovery priorities
  • You coordinate and manage business continuity testing
  • You monitor regulatory developments in outsourcing and business continuity management, ensuring the bank remains compliant with industry standards and regulations
  • You educate interest groups and actively participate in raising awareness of the need and purpose of business continuity management
  • You support and coordinate group-relevant activities of outsourcing / ICT TPP and BCM managers in Addiko entities

Is This You?

  • You have a strong background in outsourcing, third-party risk management, or ICT service management and business continuity, preferably in the financial sector
  • You possess a deep knowledge of relevant EU regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You communicate fluently in English (mandatory)
  • You bring proven experience in managing vendor relationships and service contracts
  • You excel in stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and driven by continuous improvement
