We are hiring Head Chef (seasonal or permanent positions), for our luxury traditional hotel near Salzburg with immediate starting date or upon agreement.
Head Chef (m/f)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Culinary Arts
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same position, in a traditional Austrian/German/Swiss hotel or high-quality restaurant is a must
- Very good German language skills, English conversational
- Capable of being in charge and creating menu typical of the regional for both an a la carte and half board restaurant
- Ability to track expenses and manage budgets
- Sense of responsibility and able to impact on the hotel’s success
- Ability to work efficiently with a team of 6 kitchen staff members
- Excellent time-management skills
- International team player spirit and willingness to work abroad
- EU citizen
Benefits:
- Monthly salary starting from 2.500 € NET, 14 salaries a year
- 6 working days/week and 9 hours/day
