• Steer the Ship: Mastermind the entire production process, from planning to on-site execution for major sporting events.
• Quality Gatekeeper: Identify, select and manage production vendors, suppliers and contractors, ensuring top-tier quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Captain the Crew: Lead and inspire a diverse production team, nurturing an efficient and collaborative work environment.
• Global Network: Tap into a global network to secure top-tier production resources and equipment.
• Technical Expertise: Champion technical excellence, overseeing audio-visual, lighting, staging, and rigging for flawless event delivery.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Production Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Extensive production experience in managing global sporting events.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role within the event production industry.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and mentoring capabilities.

• Proficient in risk assessment and mitigation within the production context.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with event industry trends and technologies.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
