Hotel Receptionist
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Miramare Hotel located in Zadar. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling guests' inquiries and complaints, managing room reservations and cancellations, and providing administrative support to the hotel management team. The Receptionist will work closely with the housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure that guests have a comfortable and safe stay.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written (other languages - German, Chinese, Spanish, Italian - are a plus)
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, such as email, internet browsing, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in hospitality is a plus)
