Duties:
- Taking bookings via phone and email
- Organizing check in paperwork and arrangements for guests prior to arrival
- Warmly greeting guests and checking them in to their room
- Arranging dinner reservations for guests and any special requests
- Liaising with Marketing Team on Seasonal Sale Offers
- Completing administrative tasks – filing paperwork & emails, accepting mail, ordering office supplies, maintaining tidy and organised reception area
- Checking out guests – preparing bills and offering a warm and friendly departure
- Providing a professional and warm guest service across all points – phone, email and in person
- Assisting on the bar over lunch time and as required
- Assisting on the restaurant floor over lunch time and as required
- Overseeing breakfast service and morning set up
- Above all, providing 5 star customer service level which exceeds guest expectations
