Join EMPWR as their new HR Business Partner and become part of a team dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives. Your main mission will be developing, implementing, and administering the organization's compensation and benefits programs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design, develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization's objectives and culture
- Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine appropriate salary ranges, job classifications, and benefits packages
- Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for changes to the organization's compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits programs
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits programs
- Partner with HR team members to communicate and educate employees on the organization's compensation and benefits programs
- Manage the annual open enrollment process for benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely administration of employee benefits
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters
- Collaborate with other HR team members on various projects, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HRIS and other systems used to administer compensation and benefits programs

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a solid understanding of applicable laws and regulations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and develop insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
