HR MANAGER (m/f)
LOCATION: Kladare, Pitomača
HERBARIUM D.O.O., as a part of Spider Group Pitomača and partner company Everton from Italy, deals with the production of final products of medicinal and aromatic herbs.
For our client Herbarium, one of the leading tea packaging factories, we are looking for a skilled and motivated HR MANAGER!
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and contacting restaurants that are a great fit for the company
- The management and supervision of the implementation of all HR activities within the company
- Support to the management in human resources decision-making
- Monitoring of legislation in the field of human resources and labor law
- Preparation of regulations and internal acts of the company
- Implementation of procedures and imposition of measures in the domain of human resources
- Identification of the need of new employees, publication of job advertisement, conducting interviews, negotiation terms of employment, selection process and preparing the employment contract
- Managing and updating the employee base, monitoring turnover, ensuring effective administrative support
- Payroll Organization, sistematisation and job evaluation
- Monitoring and evaluation of the process of evaluating work performance and conducting satisfaction surveys
- Creation of education and development plans
- Management of onboarding process
- Development of an organizational culture
- Maintaining effective internal communication, building solid team structures
- Proposing improvements and effective changes in human resources management
Qualifications:
- VSS in the field of social science
- Work experience in the field of human resources management minimum 2 years
- Knowledge of labor law
- Knowledge of the English language
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Team player
- Communication skills
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to withstand a pressure of performing work tasks
- Responsibility for meeting deadlines
- Responsible and loyal processing of confidential data
- Accuracy in work
