On behalf of our client, the leading European retail chain in the beauty industry, we are looking for a
person who is ready to takeon the role of:
HR Manager (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
What would be your responsibilities?
- Development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies (for Croatia and Slovenia)
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Management of the onboarding and offboarding processes and annual employee interviews
- Monitoring and application of relevant laws and regulations that regulate labor relations
- Control of the talent management process
- Preparation and implementation of development plans in cooperation with management and employees
- Organization and coordination of internal and external education and training
- Control of documentation related to the systematization of workplaces and job descriptions
- Implementation of the employee evaluation and reward system
- Development, controlling and monitoring of the realization of KPI’s of all employees
- Act as the main contact for People & HR related matters
What do we expect from an ideal candidate?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of the German language is a plus
- Good command of MS Office tool
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Proactive approach and excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet individual goals and work in a team environment
