Responsibilities:

● Registration of employment, transfer, termination of employment accordingly to the labour law.
● Creation and managing personal files; keep them up-to-date; providing accurate HR information and database according to labor law.
● Newbies support and adaptation.
● Fulfilment of timesheets during the week; controlling of personnel presence.
● Helping the management of the company with different issues; conducting full recruitment cycle: creating job descriptions; posting and promoting vacancies; searching actively for candidates by using different sourcing tools; organising and conducting job interviews; communicating with candidates, providing feedback.

O zaposleniku

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
MUST HAVES
● Fluent (verbally and in writing) in English
● Experience in HR

IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE
● 1 to 3 years of experience working in Human Resources, Customer Service, Administration sectors
● Experience in multinational company
● Interested to further develop within an international HR environment

OTHER SKILLS
● Strong problem solving skills
● Highly flexible, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
● Attention to detail and methodical approach required
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
