Human Resources Manager (m/f)
Location: Osijek, Croatia
We are looking for a person who:
- Has a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in the fields of Law, Economics or Social Sciences
- Has a knowledge of English (mandatory) and Italian (preferable)
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience working in Human Resources
- Possesses knowledge of Croatian labor laws and labor contracts, people management, personnel selection and administration, as well as someone able to negotiate with parties outside of the organization
- Possesses MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word)
- Is proactive, resilient, well-organized, with excellent communication skills
- Is able to travel to and stay in Italy and Serbia for some periods
- Has a knowledge of English (mandatory) and Italian (preferable)
Your duties and responsibilities would include:
- Employment of new personnel, as well as recognizing the competencies and potential for advancement in current employees
- Defining appropriate compensation packages and ensuring the appropriateness of pay and employee benefits
- Overseeing and enhancing the functioning of the Human Resources team
- Overseeing the tracking of various organizational metrics, such as Time and Attendance, Headcount and others
- Communicating and negotiating with third party organizations and bodies relevant to the functioning of the plant
- Defining appropriate compensation packages and ensuring the appropriateness of pay and employee benefits
