With 30 years of experience in relocating families, we have developed sophisticated expertise and can offer comprehensive services that allow foreign employees to smoothly and easily adapt to a new environment, new reality, and their new life on the assignment.

We are looking for Immigration consultant to join the team in Zagreb, Croatia.

Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Assisting with the process of obtaining stay/work permits, visas, legalization and procurement of documents and other similar services to the clients in Croatia.
• Handling, organizing, controlling, progressing the assigned immigration case from the case initiation until successful completion.
• Maintaining professional communication with all involved parties: clients, assignees, HR representatives, partners. Providing clear and timely updates to all parties.
• Completing and collecting all necessary applications, forms and documents needed to obtain permits related to foreign worker's as well as His family members legal stay and work in the location. Submitting documentation to the authorities and collecting issued permits.
• Maintaining regular communication with the local immigration/labor authorities and remaining up to date with changes in the regulation that affect foreigner’s work and stay in Croatia.
• Providing a clear guidance on the procedure, requirements and timelines applicable for the process.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• University degree; Law degree preferable. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English language.
• Service industry work experience preferable.
• Strong PC skills.
• Knowledge of local immigration/labor regulation is preferable.
• Driving license is preferable.

Skill set:
• Strong service and customer orientation.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with confidence (verbally and in writing).
• Excellent listening skills.
• Time management skills.
• Strong punctuality and attention to detail.
