In-House Marketing Coordinator / Manager (m/f)

In-House Marketing Coordinator/Manager (m/f)
YOUR TASKS:
- Lead of in-house marketing activities per assigned department (e.g. F&B, SPA, Entertainment) for hotels in Croatia
- Creation/ adaptation and placement of hotel individual print materials (e.g. flyers, brochures and marketing collaterals) in cooperation with the internal graphics departments and following the CI/CD guidelines
- Responsible for regular updates of digital assets in properties (e.g. digital screens, mobile applications and more)
- In collaboration hotel operations, drives and suggests improvement for product / service communication and promotion marketing across channels
- Providing content inputs per property for creation of texts for website content, newsletters, social media posts, inhouse materials, and management/ proofreading of translations
- Support of the GMs and the Regional Marketing Lead in the creation of thematic packages/ offers for the single hotels according to their hotel concepts
- Responsible for signalization in the properties and destinations
- Local marketing support (preparation, organization on site) for shootings and video productions and on set support for shootings and video productions
- Support social community management for SEE properties (in close collaboration and following the strategy of the headquarter Social Media Team)
- Develop and implement local marketing activities in coordination with the hotel team (cooperation’s, promotion of the hotels during the trade fairs)
- Support in the organization and implementation of co-marketing and partnership activities
- Contact suppliers about deliveries of marketing materials and any documentation they need to prepare
- Responsible for payments processing and contract signatures
YOUR PROFILE:
- Min. 1 year of professional experience in the field of marketing/communications
- Experience and marketing knowledge with focus on Croatia and Slovenia. Other countries are an advantage
- High understanding and passion for the tourism and hospitality industry
- Creative and innovative spirit
- Languages required: Croatian and very good English skills. German skills very preferable
- Hands-on mentality and can-do spirit
- Driving license and willingness to travel
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
