At ARCH. Influencer Agency, we specialize in influencer campaigns that drive performance for games and digital products across Europe, North, and South America. We are seeking result- driven professionals to join our team as Influencer Partnership Negotiators. As a Negotiator, you will have the opportunity to further expand our activities in various markets, driving results for our clients.
Our ideal candidate thrives in negotiation, has a persuasive flair, and is ready to take on the challenge of influencer partnership negotiations. They will do this with a high level of task and market ownership, in a timely manner, and with high standards of quality and precision.
This person can achieve the following outcomes (depending on seniority):
1. Independently negotiate and manage a monthly campaign of 20-30 influencers by the end of month 3.
2. Deliver final influencer content that requires no corrections by the Campaign Lead over 90% of the time by the end of month 3.
3. Negotiate a larger volume of influencers each month by utilising your long-term partnerships with agencies.
4. Have a very good picture of key players in the given market (influencers and agencies) by the end of month 3.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
• Engaging with influencers to negotiate and secure mutually beneficial partnerships: You
will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with influencers,
fostering long-term collaborations.
• Approaching each negotiation with an open mindset.
• Authorizing content and running a campaign: You will be responsible for developing
creative campaign concepts and ensuring that influencer content aligns with client
objectives and brand guidelines.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance: You will be responsible for tracking
and analyzing campaign metrics.
• Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities: You will
be responsible for staying current with emerging trends and best practices in social
media and influencer marketing and applying this knowledge to campaigns.
• Achieveing and exceeding targets through effective negotiation strategies.

• A hybrid position (4 days working from the office, 1 day working from home, with occasional weekend campaign monitoring).
• MacBook Air with all other equipment you’ll need for work (monitor, peripherals).
• Paid education (reading/learning 30 minutes daily, courses, language classes etc.).
• Full Multisport subscription. (access to all sports objects within the program)
• 10 extra WFH days a year.
• Minimum of 20 vacation days.
• A starting net base salary ranging from 1,000€ to 1,300€ with quarterly performance and salary reviews, based on relevant experience.

A successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• Fluent in English with an additional bonus for fluency in German.
• Proven experience in negotiation and sales roles (minimum of 1 year)
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate and present persuasively.
• Resourcefulness in communication; know how to turn a "no" into a "yes".
• A competitive spirit and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Assertive and determined attitude, not easily deterred by challenges.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in social media and influencer marketing.
