IT Business Analyst (m/f)
Location: Zagreb and Prague
Starting date: April 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- oversee data migration, testing, and issue resolution for a business transformation project
- gather, document, and align business requirements with IT solutions
- define project scope and deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders
- identify and document gaps between Project ONE and local processes
- lead end-user training and provide post-implementation support
- act as a local IT liaison, driving process improvements
- support decision-making with business analysis and system insights
Qualifications:
- basic knowledge of business analysis, SQL, and IT infrastructure
- experience with ERP implementation or IS Business Analyst roles is a plus
- proficiency in M365 and Business Intelligence tools
- strong background in data management and process improvement
- excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- fluency in Croatian and English
- willingness to travel occasionally
