TMF Group is looking for a team oriented and highly motivated IT professional to join its Croatian team. This role will be part of the Group EMEA IT and will function as an integral part of the company by participating in the implementation of the company’s goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line of support, including diagnosis and restoration activities, third-party support contractors and/or manufacturers as needed to escalate these incidents
- Work in compliance with all company procedures and related standards of work: perform standard routines, queries or reports
- Perform backup and restore activities to avoid data loss and consequent financial or operational damage to the company
- Contribute to data storage policies and IT policies overall; strong involvement with ISO 27001/ISAE 3402
- Contribute to the documentation of IT services
- Security control and maintenance of the access controls
- Performing basic ongoing maintenance for IT Systems within the IT Infrastructure; making initial diagnosis of any malfunctioning and takes remedial actions
- Keeping up to date with relevant technologies
- Ensuring that management is made aware of all known and identified risks to system availability, performance, reliability and security
- Assist with budget related expenditure estimates; maintaining the office budgets and servicing costs; managing purchase or development of new commercial IT hardware and applications
- Assisting in the design and implementation of new facilities
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct/indirect supervisor/manager
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT on similar position
- Excellent command of English
- Able to communicate effectively and develop partnerships with other departments within TMF Group on a local and regional level (including suppliers)
- High attention to details
- Able to work with minimal supervision

- Multi-tasker and has excellent organization skills, being able to prioritize and keep deadlines

- Operating systems – Windows 7, Windows servers 2008 and 2012 (AD, DHCP, DNS, Hyper–V)
- Hardware: desktop, laptops, servers, switches and other peripherals configuration and installation
- Understanding network protocols and networking security
- Other software : Microsoft Office software, antivirus software
