Key Account Manager (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:

We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be part of our Consumer Products Division, having the chance to work for the Slovenian market. Position of Key Account Manager requires motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for:

• Taking ownership of creating and implementing effective sales and marketing plans for key accounts within L'Oréal's Consumer Products Division, ensuring alignment with the broader divisional and channel strategy.
• Preparing and conducting the key account negotiations.
• Building accurately forecasts and achieving the accounts results (turnover, market share and gross margin).
• Planning, executing and reporting accounts full P&L.
• Developing, executing, and tracking the progress of action plans, providing regular reports on sell-in, sell-out, and stock levels. Collaborating closely with internal departments (Controlling, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Category Management) to ensure effective execution.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at retail partners while gathering in-depth market intelligence to understand their business and the competitive landscape.
• Analyzing retailer performance data, including sales trends, key product categories, consumer demographics, financial reports, and market share data, to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration.
• Developing a deep understanding of each retailer's target consumer, their main competitors, and how their beauty offerings compare to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
• Building and aligning on joint business plans with the accounts.
• Contributing to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
THE IDEAL PROFILE:
• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• Has from 2 to 5 years of experience in similar fields
• Has experience on planning and reporting
• Has a full understanding of P&L
• Can recognize market trends and take an entrepreneurship approach to new market opportunities
• Has strong analytical skills and goal-oriented approach
• Has strong interpersonal and communicational skills
• Has an ability to negotiate and build strong relationships
• Is highly organized and detail oriented
• Is skilled in MS Office (with focus on Excel and PowerPoint)
• Speaks Croatian, Slovenian and English fluently
• Has a driver’s license
• Having PBI knowledge is an advantage
