Key Account Manager (m/f)

Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- Highly developed sales and negotiation skills and capability to deal with challenging customers
- Client-oriented person with highly developed communication skills
- Great organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proactive approach to task execution in a dynamic and international work environment
- Excellent knowledge of English language (both written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Driving license (B)
- Able to deliver the selling message in a clear and assertive way
- Demonstrates basic time management skills in terms of prioritizing activities and completing work in a timely manner
Main responsibilities:
- Actively identifying new business opportunities and challenges
- Creating an annual business in order to achieve better sales results for both the client and the company
- Acting as business partner – managing relationship with assigned key accounts, as well as making efforts to identify and anticipate the customers’ needs
- Developing and maintaining successful business cooperation in order to build and maintain customers’ interest and satisfaction
- Analyzing the market and competition along with proposing measures to improve business and increase sales results regular reporting of completed and planned activities
- Regular reporting on the client development (sales, market shares, profitability, KPI´s)
- Responsible for the support of the good image of the company and its products in front of the clients
