Location: Zagreb

What would be your responsabilities as Administrative?
- Follow-up and sending of invoices for locally contracted services.
- Claims for collection - Follow-up and control of payments in coordination with the treasury department.
- Support to the International Administration department in accounting / administrative requests made by advisors.
- Resolution of financial administrative incidents when they require local action.
- Improving the flow of communication between our local interpreters and HeadQuarter

- Basic experience (minimum 2 years) in administrative departments in local companies.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.

- Ability to assume responsibilities
- With a great capacity for analysis and incident resolution.
