Currently we are looking for:
Local Project Coordinator
Job place: Zagreb
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Negotiations of technical conditions and the rules of design and fit-out works coordination for new stores with representatives of Shopping Centers,
- Preparing time schedules and preliminary construction budgets for future stores,
- Editing technical annexes to lease agreements,
- Collecting project documentation required in order to launch design process,
- Preparation of reports / summaries from technical conditions agreed with representatives of Shopping Centers,
- Coordination of design process.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- Fluency (written & spoken) in English,
- BA/MA degree in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering or similar), or technical knowledge and experience in construction projects,
- Great communication skills, self-discipline and positive attitude to teamwork,
- Experience in project management, especially in solving technical problems,
- Ability to edit formal documents, accuracy
- Negotiation skills,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), MS Project will be an asset,
- Literacy in reading technical drawings,
- Driving license,
- Travel flexibility,
- Experience in cooperation with Shopping Centers will be a great advantage.
