- Develop and execute strategic logistics plans for sea and road transport
- Manage existing client relationships and proactively acquire new ones
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Recruit and supervise a team of skilled professionals
- Swiftly resolve issues and customer complaints to ensure smooth operations
