Currently we are looking for:

Loss Prevention Officer (m/f)
Croatia, Zagreb Office

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Building and coordinating loss prevention strategy within the company
Responsible for stores in Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina
Identifying and assessing risk categories in the areas of the stores and implementing preventive actions
Developing internal audit standards, audit techniques and practices
Ensuring the proper functioning of the internal control system
Creating, implementing and training internal loss prevention procedures
Performing audits/ monitoring compliance with safety policies and procedures in stores
Monitoring the implementation of recommendations from audits
Conducting training on the existing rules and procedures and methodologies of loss prevention
Cooperation with the analysis and processing methods of analysis Loss Prevention
Supervision of safety technology (eg. CCTV)
Cooperation and reporting to a central office, close cooperation with other departments

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

minimum 3 years of professional experience
minimum higher education
very good knowledge of the English language
mobility, readiness to very frequent business trips
experience in the field of retail trade will be an asset
motivation, commitment and initiative
very good organizational skills and detail oriented
very good interpersonal and negotiating skills
proactive attitude in problem solving and creativity
