Luxury Goods Sales Representative (m/f)
Our client specializes in offering the finest selection of luxury jewelry and watches. Their commitment to exceptional quality and unparalleled customer service has made them a leading name in the industry. Currently, they are seeking a dynamic and passionate Luxury Goods Sales Representative to join their team and help them continue to provide an extraordinary shopping experience for their discerning clients.
- exhibit comprehensive knowledge of luxury jewelry and watch brands
- handle the sales process from the initial contact to closing the sale
- offer expert advice to customers based on their needs and preferences
- maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all transactions
- track the status of repairs and manage email communications with clients
- collect and update client information in the internal CRM system
- ensure the sales space is neat and visually appealing
- perform other duties as directed by the manager.
- demonstrated experience in sales and direct customer interaction, particularly with individual clients
- previous experience in selling luxury products is an advantage, but not a requirement
- high level of diligence, motivation, and reliability, with a focus on discretion and confidentiality
- positive and professional attitude towards working with people
- willingness to independently learn about the inventory
- excellent communication skills and ability to provide top-notch customer service
- very good spoken English (language proficiency will be tested)
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
