As a Maintenance Supervisor at KONE, you will lead a team of technicians to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely service delivery. This role focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction, improving daily operations, and using digital tools to enhance team performance and leadership.


Maintenance Supervisor (m/f)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Maintenance Team: Manage and guide the team to ensure safe, high-quality maintenance services
  • Customer Relations: Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery
  • Digital Expertise: Utilize digital tools to streamline processes, monitor performance, and enhance team productivity
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead by example, offering coaching and support to your team, while driving continuous improvement
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure the technical expertise needed for maintenance operations is met, troubleshooting complex issues as needed

Skills and Experience:

  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong Digital Skills/Experience – Familiarity with digital tools and technologies that enhance maintenance operations and team efficiency
  • Proven Leadership Experience – A track record of managing teams, providing coaching, and driving performance
  • Customer-Focused – Demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations, handle inquiries, and maintain strong relationships
  • Solid Technical Knowledge – A background in maintenance, ideally with experience in escalators, elevators, or similar systems
  • Teamwork and collaboration are essential
