Your challenge
Main scope of the role is category and brand management in Adriatic area (Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro):
Strategy development, translates regional strategy into local strategy
Expert in marketing evaluation, pricing & distribution strategy, activation/communication, objective setting, KPIs, Advertising & promotion budget requirement setting, etc…
Driving development + execution of local activation plans, local insight collection, analysis, knowledge
New product introduction strategy
Activity planning, brand activation planning, forecasting
Profitability
Budget Management
Responsibilities
As co-owner of the product strategy & planning process, defining the objectives (sales, profitability, MS, brand image KPIs), developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing marketing campaigns planned in the yearly marketing calendar;
Developing the Adriatic new product introduction plan in liaison with sales organization, flawlessly implementing & tracking it
Setting up and executing roadmaps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product portfolio is available on the market in time and with low costs of stock;
Drives development and execution of local activation plans, local insight collection, analysis, knowledge;
Developing sales plans in cooperation with the TSM and key accounts in order to maximize the support to the sales process and set prices and product positioning and to define sales training and sales support;
Contributing along with sales & TSM to the development of new channels;
A&P budget construction, management execution, track, follow up;
Planning, building and maintaining relations with key accounts or key users in order to stay connected to the developments and trends in the market;
Coordinating with: Internal - sales team, TSM, marketing team, digital and consumer care, logistic team, back office; External – agencies;

Requirements
Min 5-6 years relevant brand management experience in a high profile multinational company out of which minimum 2-3 years on as Senior/Group Brand Manager position
Desired additional marketing experience of 2-3 years in digital marketing, marketing research, trade marketing
Regional role as brand manager – will be an advantage
Languages: Croatian – native, English - fluent
