Our client is one of the major retailers in Slovenia, specialized in selling baby and child
products. Their position in the markets of Southeastern Europe is strengthening by their
business excellence and personal approach to customers.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
We are looking for experienced person who will organize and lead marketing projects for
Croatian market. The person will be responsible for developing and strengthening company’s
brand in Croatia and in charge of:
- formulating, planning and organizing marketing projects and strategy
- performing all operational tasks in marketing area
- executing activities for sales promotion
- marketing of advertising space (of company’s media)
- coordinating and organizing marketing activities with external partners
- monitoring the PR activities, working with media
- monitoring and analyzing the market trends
- taking care of corporate identity
- preparing marketing and PR materials (catalogs, leaflets, articles)
- controlling marketing budget
- cooperating with commercial/purchasing unit and retail shops
- developing and strengthening company’s brand
Applicants should speak native Croatian, fluent English, understand Slovenian language and
have willingness to learn Slovene. We expect at least five years experience in marketing and
advanced knowledge of MS Office. Employee will have frequent business trips to Slovenia
and abroad. We are looking for a highly motivated, trustworthy, communicative and
dynamic person, who will creatively use his/her experience and initiatives to take
company´s brand forward and successful positioning on Croatian market.
