Museum Coordinator (m/f)
Location: Split
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Being co-responsible for the overall operation of the museum
- Being responsible for visitor satisfaction and for achieving business goals
- Working with individuals and group guests (guiding and providing information about exhibits)
- Work at the front desk and (reception of guests, informing guests)
- Work at the museum shop
- Being responsible for visitor satisfaction and for achieving business goals
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Experience in sales and / or tourism (direct contact with customers / guests, knowledge of cash operations)
- Good knowledge of English language minimal; preferably also knowledge of at least one additional foreign language (German, Italian, Russian)
- Good sales and communication skills
- Orientation and work towards maximum visitor satisfaction
- Readiness for two shift work and work on weekends
- Knowledge of work on PC
- Communicative, positive approach to work
- Minimum SSS
- Good knowledge of English language minimal; preferably also knowledge of at least one additional foreign language (German, Italian, Russian)
