Croatia Sotheby’s International Realty is actively seeking for an office administrator who will join our team of luxury real estate professionals in Split. Our company strives to connect the finest independent real estate companies with the most prestigious clientele in the world, whether they are looking for a second home or a good investment opportunity.
Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
- Great organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of administrative organization
- Excellent knowledge of Croatian grammar and writing skills
- Excellent knowledge / advanced knowledge of English, verbal and written; a second foreign language is a plus but not required
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced use of MS Office and the web
- Highly motivated in solving tasks and performing assigned duties
- A minimum of one year of experience in similar positions
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of administrative works regarding property data processing
- Ensuring the quality of overall office tasks
- Developing the company’s portfolio
- Order and maintain the stock of office supplies
- Engagement in company’s marketing and promotion activities
- Other general tasks as assigned
