Operations Manager (m/f)
Zagreb – Arena centar
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stock and Warehouse Management
- Monitoring stocks of goods for sale; responsibility for follow up on documents and cost produced by movements and warehousing of selling goods; reporting about it
- Receiving goods following company policies and procedures
- Maintaining outstanding store and stockroom condition
- Ensure employee awareness of safety and emergency procedures
- Follow the delivery procedures
- Recruiting, training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Execute and monitor loss prevention
- Ensuring that all the operations in the stockroom are conducted according to the law
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- High school education
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in textile industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven achievement skills for managing multi personal team
- Excellent organizational skills (ability to setting goals and prioritizing tasks)
- English language proficiency and advance knowledge of MS office
