Responsibilities:
• Process designing and implementing relevant and successful core structure.
• Responsibility for creation and development of the project’s policies and internal rules; making sure they are aligned and compliant with the Company’s rules and procedures.
• Setting up in-house Call Centre, recruit, build and train a team to be responsible for customer service processes
• Responsibility for the processes of monitoring
• Management of the Company’s product portfolio

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, related to the job title and relevant to the field
• Accumulated experience and skills, preferable in an international company
• English literacy, written and spoken
• Problem solver with a proactive attitude
• Ability to prioritize
• Strong customer service focus
• Forming relationships and communicating effectively
• Flexible, creative and detail-oriented
• If applying for Operations manager in real-estate, desired experience as a real-estate agent, broker, construction project management
• If applying for Operations manager in finance sector, desired experience as B2C financial advisor, cash collection, knowledge of banking sector products
