Responsibilities
- Responsible for a portfolio of partners and develop their business sell-out growth and margin based on strategy
- Understand partner market and competition based on data analysis
- Define resellers targets of Share of Wallet, growth rate, program qualification, identity gaps
- Define clear action plan to define strategy to close identified gaps
- Educate partner sales force on products/services/solutions
- Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certifications in products and services
- Liaise with partner to drive revenue and services/ solutions via campaigns, opportunity identification and other methods
- Drive attach rates and other KPIs with resellers
- Manage forecast/ partner performance by tracking tools
